How To Use Your Emotions To Strengthen Your Intuition

Your emotions are a key gateway into accessing your intuition.

The problem I’ve noticed is that most people are unable to go deep and dive into their emotions.  This happens for many reasons such as past traumas, lack of know how, cultural or familial conditioning that it’s not cool to show your emotions and therefore you learn to sweep them under the rug.

And you all know what happens when you keep hiding the dirt under the rug… well you get a big pile of you know what that you have to deal with later.  That can get messy.

It’s not always the easiest to begin to get in touch with your emotions, especially if there’s some healing that needs to be done first.

But fret not!  In today’s video, I share with you a simple exercise to start being emotionally savvy and learn how to use your emotions to strengthen your intuition power.

After you do the exercise, in the comments below tell me this:

1.     What specific emotions are you feeling right now?

2.     If any lower level emotions come up, what will you do to nurture yourself today?

Developing your emotional awareness creates a direct channel to your intuition.  So go for it and share with me what you receive – it’s through recognition and practice that pump up your intuition muscles!

Seeing you living in brilliance, joy and abundance!  Namaste!

I was feeling worried about my health before watching this. But I remember that everything is temporary & that I can choose to direct my energy in a good direction. Going to meditate then make a green smoothy. Namaste baybay

      Hi Elliott :)
Great awareness and so now to nurture that lower level energy of worry that was coming up with your yummy green smoothie! And sense the shift in your body and emotions when you do so. Happy meditating!

Hi, I really enjoyed your video. :) I really like your idea about feeling your emotions and honoring them. I am going to start doing that. Thanks. :)

Thank you for watching Alicia. Yes, naming our emotions is so helpful to move through them rather than suppress them. Let me know how it goes for you! Love and Light!
