Creativity has always been a way for me to connect with my own Soul, my inner voice and intuitive guidance. Even when I didn’t know that’s what I was doing when I was younger, but in hindsight it has always been a way for me to express the deeper parts of me that I didn’t know how to express.
I have added a new element to my videos by bringing to you Creative Play exercises to deepen your connection to your Soul and Intuition and of course your Creativity!
With each video I’ll be focusing on a different energy that you can tap into for yourself. By experiencing these different energies, you learn the subtleties of how you feel energy, receive intuitive guidance and be in the creative flow of Spirit.
When I asked for guidance about what kind of exercise I should bring to you today, I kept seeing images of trees in my mind’s eye continually flash through.
As more guidance continued to flow I could see that it was important for the I Love Intuition community to get rooted in the foundation of your own authenticity and inner strength. The Tree is a perfect symbol for this!
So there you have it… today I’ll be guiding you with a super easy yet powerful creative exercise that begins with a quick 4 min meditation so you can meet your mystical Tree that will provide you with guidance and creative moxie.
Grab a sheet of paper, something to draw with whether that’s markers, colored pencils, paints, or crayons, get comfy and dive right in!
