The little voice that gets louder and louder each day, reminding you what you should be doing and want to be doing and know you need to do to be who you want to become, well say hell to your soul.

Our soul is here to experience itself in its fullest expression. Our soul is always expanding and creating but our ego can put a halt on that real quick giving us all kinds of excuses as to why our soul doesn’t have the time, money, or resources to fulfill what it desires.

When we give into the ego, we create stagnation.  This is when things start to fall flat in our lives. Our relationships feel lackluster, you feel like a robot going through the motions day by day or your business doesn’t feel all that exciting anymore.

What’s being asked of you is your next evolution.  You soul wants to express itself in a new way or in a way that you’ve been wanting but haven’t been giving yourself.

So give into that voice that’s nudging you to create what you truly desire. Otherwise, the more you dismiss it, the more you neglect your soul.

And remember what you desire doesn’t always have to be these grand and elaborate ideas.

You may have been eyeing that new restaurant that recently opened up, that’s getting all kinds of buzz in your town but you’ve been putting it off.  Well call your bestie or make a date with your lover this week to go.

Recently, I went flower crazy at a local nursery here because I was craving color and beauty in our home.  We live in the desert so the landscape all around us is in browns, tans, and sand colors, which is still gorgeous but I needed some vibrancy in my life.  We just had our backyard finished last fall and now that springtime is here, I wanted to see all kinds of colorful flowers in our planters.

I spent a Saturday afternoon playing in the dirt and planting flowers while bees buzzed all around me.  I was so happy.  I literally felt my soul grateful for the experience.  Now every time I go outside and look at my flowers, I feel a connection with my higher self.  I can say, “Yes I did that. I helped create more beauty to surround us.”   It’s also created a brand new energy for our home too that you can feel outside and inside.

Give your soul what she wants.  There’s no big or small to it, better or worse. When we allow our soul to expand and evolve by giving in to her desires, at the end of the day, it’s all love.

Tell me this, what will you do to give into your soul’s desires this week? How will you allow your soul to expand and feel it’s creative power?

As always, thanks for sharing this soulful journey with me!
