Over the past two months I have probably moved the “slowest” I ever have in this entire year. Getting lots of sleep and not just at night but during the day, reading, writing, receiving energy work, haven’t been teaching any classes, not following much of a to do list and really just being in this lava like flow.
And lava is full of richness.
Witnessing the magic that has occurred in my unhurried state has affirmed the importance of just letting things be. Although I’ve taken a step back I have received a ton of new opportunities, amazing clients and overall heightened flux of energy.
To take a step back doesn’t mean that you’re going backwards. It simply means to pause, breathe and allow for things to run its course. To let go of the reigns, surrender and trust that your life and business continues to move in the direction of your intention.
From this space you can sit back and revel in the breathtaking view of all that you have created so far and just soak it all in. Picturesque isn’t it?
This is the perfect time for reflection, reevaluation, and receive guidance. Seeing the overall picture gives you clarity of what is and allows for your intuition to speak through your imagination of what you would like to create in the future. And this is how you can move forward with purpose, direction and certainty.
Your I Love Intuition Next Steps:
- Give yourself permission to let go of control, knowing that things won’t fall apart if you take a step back.
- Ask your inner voice, what is one action I can take to take a step back from my life and business today?
- Listen and trust in what you’re intuitively guided to do. Let yourself just be and just receive today. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Seeing you living in brilliance, joy and abundance! Namaste!
Great information. I have allowed myself to get caught up in so much action in my business (adopting the mentality, “If it is to be, it’s up to me).
I’m an action-oriented person, so it can be hard for me to ‘not be doing’ something ‘productive.’ This post is a reminder that we need to pace ourselves– or we’ll burn out (physically, emotionally and spiritually).
This is what I needed to hear. I am going to commit to taking a step back and allow things to be and unfold in a way that’s for my highest and greatest good.
It’s reassuring that this approach has brought you opportunities and clients! Thank you for sharing.
Hi Stacey!
I am a very action oriented person as well and it’s definitely a dance between doing and allowing, masculine and feminine. With active listening to your body and intuition, you will know what steps to take – when it’s appropriate to step back and times when it’s time to dive right in. I hope you enjoy the energies of unfoldment! My intention for you is that all things are always taken care of and still will evolve even when we need to just pause and just be!
Keep me updated! Happy Weekend!
XO!
Christina
Thank you Christina!
I will keep you posted. Enjoy your weekend as well!
Light and Love!
